DESCRIPTION: New seven story 300,000 gsf mixed-use structure with 231 apartments (19 affordable), a 44,000 gsf Anthony Bowen YMCA facility, and 12,000 gsf retail shell space. The facades of the historic structures on 14th Street were preserved. The renovation and restoration of selected townhouse buildings and the carriage house was completed. The remaining structures, along with below-grade structures, were demolished in order to create a two-and-a-half story, below-grade parking garage with 171 spaces.
